Having recently gone through the process of having a molar tooth extracted, I can safely say it could not have gone more smoothly, given the anxiety felt. Peter and staff had extended the tooth life over the years, but unfortunately the time had come to have it removed.Firstly, on phoning up, staff were brilliant at fitting me in with a prompt appointment, in order to initiate the treatment.Secondly, Peter took time to explain about the tooth and the process of extracting it, and staff also insured I was fully anaesthetised before the process began.Without going into details, all I can sincerely say is that it was out before I realised. I followed due aftercare procedure, and with in a few days was eating and drinking as normal. The other upside is that I can now enjoy a holiday break free from tooth pain.It made such a difference that staff were so thoughtful and caring at all stages about the procedure I underwent, which helped so much with relieving any anxiety I felt beforehand.A big thank you to all the staff at East Belfast Dental Clinic for the wonderful work you do.David Moorehead

After losing three teeth and having to wear dentures that didn't fit properly my own dentist would do nothing so I decided to go private after visiting a few private dentists none of them would give me what I wanted which was a bridge they all said I needed implants which I couldn't afford.east Belfast was my last hope .I went for a consultation and Peter assured me that it could be done and within a month I had a beautiful new bridge.I now can eat and smile with confidence again and the price was reasonable. so Thankyou east Belfast for giving me my life back .

I recently had dental implants and the treatment I had was excellent. The staff from the receptionist right through are all very helpful and friendly. I was nervous at first as I dont like the dentist and was embarrassed by the condition of my teeth but Peter made me feel really at ease and and made this experience painless. He is very meticulous about his work and I am really pleased with my new smile and I would definitely recommend 👌

There are just not enough words to describe how fantastic Peter and the whole team at East Belfast Dental & Implants are. Their premises are welcoming, comfortable, calming and homely (yes even for a dentists!). The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Nothing was ever too much for them.Peter was so lovely, his calming personality and care and consideration for his patients is second to none. Having a fear of dentists, I was really nervous and apprehensive, but I needn’t have worried! Peter was so lovely, putting me at ease and explaining my options in easy to understand terms.Hi attention to detail is something to witness! I am so happy with my implants and my experience from start to finish was fantastic.I would definitely recommend Peter and his team without a shadow of a doubt! My sister had work done here and she recommended them to me and now I know why!I can smile again with confidence and pride and it’s all down to East Belfast Dental & Implants. Would recommend EBDI. They listened carefully to the issues I had and recommended bridge work rather than the more expensive implants, showing they are not there just to get as much money from you as they can. There was no push to do any other work and no hard or soft sell for after care. All work to be done was explained well before hand by Peter and the bridges were fitted efficiently and pain free. Very pleased with the final results. Thank you.

10/10 service. I have had extreme trauma from an nhs dentist who messed my teeth up, and failed to do a root canal properly. After much deliberation I decided to go private, upon reading the reviews about east dental clinic. The thorough examination and explanation of the treatment I needed/situation with my poorly done root canal, were superb. Eased my anxiety & frustrations. They came up with a detailed treatment plan & also offer payment plans and 20% off treatments if you join their monthly subscription. It’s costly but worth it, as you are treated like a genuine patient & person with empathy and care.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years. Recently I needed to have a back molar removed and I made the decision to get an implant fitted. The whole process from start to finish was seamless, completely pain free and professional. The result is wonderful. I’m truly delighted. The tooth just feels exactly like my own tooth. I’m not aware of the tooth as feeling alien. It’s wonderful to have my molar restored to me. The difference it makes when eating food cannot be understated. The tooth looks amazing. I've been visiting the clinic for almost 18 months now. Initially I had to get a lot of work done on my teeth and found my dentist Garoufalia to be excellent. She did the work to a high standard and is has a really calming manner. Both dentists and hygenists are excellent at explaining the issues you are having and how to prevent them reoccuring. I havn't required any work on my last two visits because since visiting the clinic i've a much better understanding as to how to keep my teeth healthy. Would really reccomend.

Went to this practice today for a root canal treatment. From start to finish I had such a pleasant experience. Very welcoming and clean practice. Albert did my treatment and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He reassured me from the start and he was so thorough. It was a root canal where one of the canals was unable to be located by two other dentists but he managed to find it and the end result was fantastic. Whole experience pain free too! After 6-7 years of not going to the dentist due to a bad experience elsewhere and then the traumatic birth of my daughter this year I was very wary about going anywhere and having to put my trust in someone else again but I can honestly say I am so glad I joined this practice. From the minute I joined and had my first appointment I was made to feel so welcome and everyone was so lovely! Phoned on Wednesday as I was in a lot of pain with my tooth and was given an appointment straight away for the next day. I honestly was so anxious and had no need to be as soon as I explained this to everyone they were so understanding and took the time to listen and reassure me that I was in safe hands! Was given antibiotics for an infection and booked in for Monday to get a root canal with Peter. I left my appointment feeling so much more confident about having to attend my next appointment and that’s all down to the amazing dentists and receptionists. Thank you for making my experience a positive one it really means a lot!

I previously had two separate bridge's that fixed 5 front teeth to my upper jaw that were in place for many year's, Peter and his team have plenty of knowledge and made me feel at home from the start.Within two month's of my initial visit I had a new e-max bridge that fixed 6 front teeth into place.The job done was A1 and follow up appointments to check on work completed. Can't recommend Peter and his team enough, I'm extremely happy with work done and I've been able to eat and smile properly without feeling a bit ashamed of my smile in a few years as my previous bridge's were compromised and causing me problems.

Bi-annual checkup and cleaning:As usual top notch service from Peter, Paula and folks. Quick check of teeth by Peter and straight into cleaning from Paula. Just like servicing a car, regular preventative maintenance is better than an expensive repair . I love the fact that everything is explained all the way through, which for those of us curious, is very reassuring.Extremely friendly staff, super protocols in place for anyone nervous about covid etc, and all round great experience.

East Belfast Dental Clinic provided me with options to help keep my teeth in great condition. One of those options was mini implants for two areas of my teeth.All the staff at the clinic were wonderful, from explaining processes in advance to setting up appointments for treatment and post-care. Having joined the clinic in January 2021, I found everyone friendly and welcoming, all of which helped relieve any anxiety I may have had, and reassured me I had made the right choice.I particularly found the technology and processes used to fit the implants, to be state of the art. The process of getting the implants, giving them time to embed, and final fitting of them were fully explained by Peter, Gemma and staff. Every care was taken to make sure they were right for me.I cannot commend the staff and service I received, highly enough, and am now able to tackle all those foods I had to forgo over the past few years. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to East Belfast Dental Clinic if you are requiring help to fill those gaps.David Moorehead

Honestly couldn’t speak higher of the whole staff. They’re one of the few businesses still strictly sticking to covid restrictions, with appointments necessary, temperature checks and masks worn by staff and patients in main waiting areas. The girls who work reception are always so lovely and friendly, the dentists and assistants are also really friendly and professional. They also offer a pay monthly plan which gives you 2 check ups per year and reduces some other fees which is great! Would give 10/10

Peter and the team have completely transformed this clinic. I have recently had composite bonding carried out to fix some very badly stained white fillings at the front of my mouth. I’m delighted with the result and feel very relaxed under Lia’s care. I would definitely recommend East Belfast Dental.

Thankfully, I haven't needed to go to the dentist too often but sometimes there's no avoiding it - for times like that, it's good to know that East Belfast Dental are there.You can see that they are invested in their work, not just from how use modern technology but also from their experience and up-to-date knowledge of dentistry.I still don't like going to the dentist, but at least, I know that I'll be in good hands while I'm there.

Going to the dentist is my least favourite thing to do, but East Belfast Dental make the experience less traumatising. I'm new to the practice and had my visit treatment visit last week. I especially appreciated the beautiful calming music playing in the reception area (my old practice had talk TV and news blasting out in the reception which cranked up my anxiety rather than lessen it). Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff at every stage of the experience.

Great service and excellent staff within this dental practice. They proactively called me to get an appointment once open again and were able to find a cancellation for the hygienist to fast this forward also. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I'm always so impressed with the staff, service and the outstanding skill, knowledge and attention to detail displayed by my dentist Lia. I look forward to every appointment! Having not visited a dentist in 10+ years prior to registering with east belfast dental, you can only imagine the immense dread going to my first appointment..... a lot of work needed to be done! I'm almost at the finish line and have a better smile than ever. In my most recent appointment I had a metal filling (which was over 20 years old) replaced with a white one as the tooth cracked. Now i have a tooth that looks like it has always been perfect! Simply Incredible results can be achieved when you attend an excellent dental practice. Thank you everyone @ EBD&I

Just back from a quick session at EBD. As usual, the service is super friendly and super professional. I've been through about a 18 months of on and off cosmetic work, I didn't have any specific problems, it was just stuff I wanted done and I had to decide where to invest a fair chunk of change to get the results I wanted. Couldn't have made a better choice than EBD. I feel like one of the family there now and although my procedures are finished, I actually look forward to going back for my check up and hygienist appointments. Who says that??? Also, my hygienist advised me to buy a water flosser (never heard of such a thing). What a total game changer in oral hygiene that was. No idea how I ever lived without it. 5 stars for EBD. Couldn't be happier with my experiences there.

I have been registered for several years. Very friendly staff, well presented surgery. Access to surgery from the street is via several steps, some of which are steep, and the doorway and hall are fairly narrow. This makes access with my buggy challenging.

I hadnt been to the Dentist in nearly a year because of the lockdown. I was impressed by the renovations to the waiting room and office. Very spacious and bright. Office staff were very friendly as always, and then I was treated by Peter and his assistant. Got a filling and a little gum infection treated and as usual was pain free. Id recommend this practice to anyone.

On our recent visit to the Dental Clinic my husband and I were treated with the greatest of care and attention. We rang bell and were admitted immediately after our temperatures were taken and hands sanitised .we were then brought through to the treatment room.The dentist and his staff were very friendly and helpful and were wearing all the PPE required.We both were very grateful and pleased with the personal and Dental treatment. I have been going to this dentist since I was a child and have seen alot of changes. I have to say I am very impressed with its current way, they've made improvements to the layout, decor etc. I am very happy with my dentist, staff are always so friendly and they're very quick and efficient. After 37 years I've found a Dentist I enjoy going to.. You're looked after from the second you walk in the door. Lia is amazing. I always required sedation due to bad childhood experiences,for any treatment. Now I'm not phased in the slightest bit. Great plans also. Give them a try. Highly recommend them!
